Baha Fresca is the Bahamas' premiere Bahamian Tex-Mex Grill and Crêperie! The name speaks to the concept's strengths: Baha is a nod to Bahamian flavours and ingredients, and Fresca, which is Spanish for fresh, is the embodiment of its “better for you” options, and their preparation.

At Baha Fresca, we will be offering taco shells, burrito wraps and crepes made fresh in classic and gluten varieties. We boast a fusion of classic Tex-Mex and Bahamian fillings, and for our vegetarians and vegans, we will also be offering plant-based fare. We are delighted to be serving tasty Bahamian infused Tex-Mex food, which comes in alignment with the Ministry of Health’s national initiative to bring awareness to, and engage in the fight against obesity, not only for persons who voluntarily have embarked upon healthy lifestyles, and those who have various dietary restrictions, but all Bahamians!

At Baha Fresca, we find pleasure in being relevant! Therefore, we give our customers the option of having their meals as either a salad, a taco, a bowl, a burrito, or a crepe, as our crepes can be either savoury or sweet. Classic crepe dessert fillings will be apples and strawberries, and we will include native favorites such as guava duff and pineapple tart! Our beverages will round out the menu with tropical, fruity, frozen margarita style drinks, as well as Agua frescas (Spanish for fresh water), which is water infused with fruits and lightly sweetened with agave, AND, our signature drink, the Baha-ade, which is freshly squeezed and sweetened lemonade!

Visiting Baha Fresca will be an EXPERIENCE! From the vibrant, colourful, design and décor to the digital menu boards, to the Chipotle style serving model and open kitchen, to the indoor seating and in our second phase, the outdoor covered island style patio terrace for additional seating, and music will lend to the island getaway feel!
